My ISA Server 2006 Ent is configured to offer Exchange ActiveSync functionality to Windows Mobile 5.0 devices. ISA Server configured to talk with 2003 Active Directory domain controllers for user authentication. I am noticing that when end users change domain passwords via XP desktops that it takes around 30 to 45 minutes for them to be prompted on Windows Mobile devices for the respective password change. Can someone explain this and can it be adjusted somehow? Is it related to the hearbeat connection between Windows Mobile device and ISA Server??
