Hi all,

One of my users is having a problem, when he wants to send a message he goes to "To:" He can use the Global Address List but when using the drop down list if he selects Contacts or Another Public Folder (which has a list of emails) he gets this message:-

The address could not be displayed. The action could not be completed.

Unable to complete operation. A fatal error has occured in Outlook.

So he has to go to Task Manager and shut down Outlook then restart it to use it again.

No other user has this problem.

Any ideas would be great!
